Join us and make a difference too! /p h3Job Title: /h3 pRegional HR Manager - EMEA /p h3Location: /h3 pEurope (Hybrid) /p h3About The Role /h3 pWe are looking for an experienced bRegional HR Manager-EMEA /b to join BSI’s People team, leading operational HR delivery across a multi-country region. Reporting to the VP People Operations, you will lead and develop a team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality HR support and a positive employee experience across the region. This role combines operational leadership with strategic partnership, balancing local employment requirements with global policies and ways of working. You will work closely with People Partners, Employee Relations, Reward, Talent Acquisition, and HRIS teams to ensure compliant, efficient, and employee-centric people operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a people leader with strong HR operations experience within a complex, international environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead, coach, and develop a regional team of HR Generalists and HR Administrators across multiple countries. /li liOversee day-to-day HR operations across the region, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with local legislation and internal policies. /li liManage regional workload planning, prioritisation, and service delivery standards. /li liAct as an escalation point for complex or non-standard HR matters, partnering with specialist teams where appropriate. /li liBuild strong relationships with business leaders, managers, and People team colleagues across the region. /li liSupport and guide managers on employee lifecycle processes and people-related matters. /li liDrive consistency in HR processes, controls, documentation, and operational standards across the region. /li liLead the regional implementation of global HR programmes and initiatives, ensuring local relevance and compliance. /li liMaintain oversight of payroll coordination, employee records, and operational HR compliance activities. /li liMonitor trends, risks, and employee insights across the region, providing recommendations and guidance to stakeholders. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives across People Operations and ways of working. /li liSupport change management activity and help embed new processes, systems, and approaches across the region. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 ul li8+ years of HR experience,



including leadership of HR operations or shared services teams. /li liProven experience leading and developing multi-country HR teams. /li liStrong understanding of employment law, HR policies, and operational HR best practice. /li liExperience working within a global matrix organisation. /li liStrong stakeholder management and influencing capability. /li liExperience supporting organisational or operational change initiatives. /li liStrong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across regions. /li liHigh levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrity. /li liExperience working with HCM/HR systems across multiple countries. /li /ul h3Highly desirable /h3 ul liHR qualification or certification. /li liExperience supporting complex, international organisations. /li liExperience partnering closely with Employee Relations, Reward, or HR transformation teams. /li liAdditional language capability relevant to the assigned region. /li /ul pGrow your career and expand your skills and knowledge.
