WHAT WE OFFER

- We value your talent. From day one, we offer a permanent contract or an apprenticeship contract, depending on your profile.
- A concrete recognition of your achievements. Your starting gross annual salary (RAL) will range from €25,500 to €38,500, depending on your experience, qualifications, and academic achievements. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement, with an entry level between C3 and B3, determined according to the same criteria. Previous experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Quantum Computing, Physical AI, Agentic AI, Foundation Model and LLM training, fine-tuning,



and optimization will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED

- A strong academic background. We believe that a solid academic foundation is the best starting point to tackle complex technological challenges. That is why we are looking for candidates with an excellent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Robotics Engineering, Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering.
- A commitment to excellence. You do not settle for making something work: you strive to continuously improve it in terms of performance and scalability.
- Collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
