By covering this position, you will manage line bperformance improvement /b through the management and promotion of Ferrero bOperational Excellence /b and bSmart Factory /b initiatives for our bBalvano (PZ) Plant.
/b /ph3bMain Responsibilities: /b /h3pBy covering this role, you will manage the bFerrero Operational Excellence /broll-out for the Plant, acting as a true change agent with a bcontinuous improvement mindset /b.
You will partner with Plant referents to define plans for Ferrero Operational Excellence initiatives and related training sessions, and you will lead or support the execution of these activities at the local level.
One of your tasks will be to bcoach Plant referents /bon Ferrero Operational Excellence methodologies and their developments, leveraging the "train-the-trainer" concept to ensure full accountability for implementing performance improvement methodologies.
You will also consolidate and report the bprogress of Plant initiatives /b, training sessions, and audits linked to Ferrero Operational Excellence.
/ppYou will also be responsible for managing the bSmart Factory roll-out /b for the Plant.
By covering this role, you will work closely with Plant referents to define deployment plans for Smart Factory initiatives and lead or support their execution locally.
One of your tasks will be to monitor and consolidate the progress of Plant initiatives related to Smart Factory and report on their status to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
/ppYou will be accountable for managing the people within your area of responsibility, ensuring a management system based on Group values, motivation, competence development, and empowerment.
By covering this role,



you will promote proper communication and cascading through line managers to the teams.
/ph3bAbout You: /b /h3pYou will bring a bMaster's Degree in Engineering or a related field /b, combined with your bsolid and consolidated previous experience /bin bContinuous Improvement/Lean Manufacturing /b activities.
/ppAs a strong communicator, yourb fluency in both Italian and English /bwill be crucial to succeed in this role.
Your profile will be completed by excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to guide heterogeneous groups of people.
/ph3bWhat we offer: /b /h3pThe role is classified at Level Quadro Funzionario under the National Collective Agreement for the Food Industry (CCNL Industria Alimentare).
The guaranteed minimum base annual gross salary established by the CCNL for the applicable level is €******.
The compensation package also includes an annual variable component with a target of up to 15% of base salary.bThe overall compensation will be determined based on the experience, skills, and qualifications of the selected candidate.
