We're looking for a senior profile to lead our entire bEnergy department /b, coordinating three teams: bEnergy Lab /b (research and development), bEnergy Operations /b (digital energy consulting and design for energy sharing and crowd energy production) and bEnergy Sales /b (technical-commercial support across all product lines). A role that demands both vision and execution: understanding where decentralised energy is heading, and taking the team there. /p h3What you'll do /h3 pbLeadership and coordination /b /p ul liLead the three Energy teams, keeping research, delivery and go-to-market aligned /li liGrow the team leads and the people across all three areas, with clear and measurable objectives /li liDefine processes, priorities and resource allocation across projects, client engagements and support activities /li /ul pbStrategy and development /b /p ul liBuild the Energy division roadmap, turning regulatory and market developments into new business lines and services /li liOwn the regulatory outlook on energy sharing, distributed self-consumption, crowd energy production, flexibility and electricity markets — anticipating their impact on both projects and platform /li liBring research outcomes into the commercial offering and into the product itself, working closely with the product and technology teams /li /ul pbBusiness and relationships /b /p ul liOwn strategic relationships with industrial partners, institutions, utilities, local authorities and research bodies /li liOversee the commercial pipeline and the technical-economic viability of new initiatives, from feasibility through to operational management /li liContribute to and lead regional, national and European research projects,
