/p pWe are looking for a bSenior Associate, /b bMarketing /b to join us on the ground in Italy and help us launch, grow and establish Huspy's mortgage brand in the market.
/p pThis is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys bbuilding from the ground up /b.
You will help drive brand awareness, generate qualified mortgage leads, localise campaigns, create content, support partnerships and bring marketing ideas to life in the Italian market.
/p pYou will report to the bMortgages /b bMarketing Manager in Spain /b and follow the wider marketing strategy, while bringing local knowledge, market insight and executional energy to Italy.

/p pThe main event: What you'll drive, build and own /p ul liSupport the launch and growth of Huspy's mortgage services in Italy.
/li liHelp build Huspy's local brand presence as a trusted mortgage partner for homebuyers.
/li liDrive qualified mortgage lead acquisition through lead generators, organic, social,



partnership and local marketing initiatives.
/li liAdapt and localise marketing campaigns from Spain and global teams for the Italian market.
/li liIdentify the most effective local acquisition channels, from paid media and SEO to partnerships, communities and offline opportunities.
/li liCreate and coordinate social media content tailored to the Italian audience.
/li liSupport the development of local marketing materials, including brochures, landing pages, presentations, email campaigns and sales collateral.
/li liWork on educational content that simplifies the mortgage process for Italian buyers.
/li liCollaborate with the mortgage, sales and operations teams to understand customer needs, objections and opportunities.
/li liSupport local partnerships that can generate awareness, trust and qualified mortgage enquiries.
/li liHelp organise small events, webinars, activations or local initiatives when relevant.
