ppFor the Global RD team, Perfetti Van Melle is looking for a new resource in the Sensory Consumer Science department.
This position represents the voice of the consumer within the organization.
This role will assist in conducting and analyzing consumer research, supporting the integration of consumer insights into business strategies, and collaborating with cross functional teams.
/p h3bWhat you will do /b /h3 ul liAssist in the design and implementation of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies to gather consumer insights; /li liConsistently provide the consumer voice and perspective in project meetings and interactions with cross functional teams; /li liProvide advice and recommendation to RD, Marketing, Regulatory for topics related to Sensory and Consumer (e.g., sensory claims); /li liSupport the analysis and interpretation of data to identify trends, preferences, and behaviors; /li liAid in identification opportunities for new product development and enhancements based on consumer feedback; /li liMaintain relationships with consumer testing suppliers to stay up to date on the newest methodologies and innovative ways to answer business questions; /li liAssist in the development of comprehensive reports and present research findings and recommendations to product and process developers, marketers and other project partners; /li liAssist in facilitation of consumer testing to identify gold standard production in all product categories.




/li /ul h3bOur Perfect Candidate /b /h3 ul liDegree in Food Science and Technology or related fields; /li liDeep knowledge of Sensory and Consumer Science, with 3 years of experience; /li liExcellent statistical analysis skills with proven data interpretation knowledge; /li liExperience in food industry and working with product development cross functional teams; /li liProfessional English; /li liStrong verbal and written communication skills; /li liAbility to address multiple priorities and bring work to a closure; /li liPro-activity and flexibility.
