As Laboratory Team Leader, you'll coordinate and oversee formulation and analytical activities while ensuring compliance with GMP standards and client expectations.
This role combines technical expertise with leadership, as you'll guide a team of analysts while conducting sophisticated analytical work supporting product development, stability testing, and method validation.
/ppYou'll manage laboratory operations, from coordinating testing schedules to resolving complex analytical challenges.
Working with advanced instrumentation, you'll ensure the highest quality standards in testing raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
Your expertise will be essential in method development, validation, and transfer activities, while maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external clients.
