ph3Your role /h3 pAs Production Planner Call Off your mission is to make sure the assigned assembly lines deliver finished products, meeting customer request dates.
/p pYou are part of the flow team and will report to the Manufacturing Team Leader.
/p h3You Will /h3 ul lireceive customer order requirements and develop production schedules to meet on time delivery while supporting plant goals regarding forecasted lead times and delivery performances /li liprovide constant updates on production scheduling through planning dates maintenance or direct communication to customer contacts to plan order shipment and to ensure that customers are up to date with the status of the order through the manufacturing process /li lisupport assigned assembly lines taking active coordination and leadership role to meet the output targets, providing the best possible mix of machines, supply chain support and all information needed /li liguarantee parts availability managing components' replenishment, delivery timetables, pushing suppliers to keep agreed delivery dates and supply conditions in terms of quantities, packing, etc.
/li lioversee and track products through the complete supply chain, from supplier to transport, 3PLs, reception, till the final assembly destination, to make sure every machine planned can be produced as scheduled /li lisolve day by day issues that may come up in a naturally changing environment, adapting to situations but always making continuous improvements /li liperform data analysis and generate summary reports on delivery performance, missed shipments, lead times' evolution,



stock levels, and other KPIs, being active part in creating new tools for continuous improvement /li liassist the Foreman Team in planning labor requirements based on output targets /li lirepresent your department in Project Team Meetings for assigned projects /li licollaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth: interface with marketing to provide updated and reliable lead times to customers, with purchasing to give best possible material requirements forecasts to suppliers, with engineering for the phase in/out, etc.
/li /ul pTo succeed, you will need /p h3Experience Requirements /h3 p1 - 2 years' experience in a lean oriented manufacturing setting is considered a plus /p h3Educational Requirements /h3 pDegree in Engineering or Economics or combination of education and equivalent work experience.
/p h3Knowledge And Personality Requirements /h3 ul liStrong analytical skills with a scientific method of problem solving /li liAbility to meet deadlines, excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills /li liExperience with common IT tools /li liFluent English.
