You have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for the construction industryb. /b /p h3Responsibilities include, but not limited to /h3 ul liAssisting with the coordination and management of all project phases, including planning, execution, and closeout /li liCollaborating with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met /li liAssisting in preparing project schedules, budgets, and work plans /li liMonitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and updating project documentation /li liSupporting procurement efforts, including tracking materials and equipment deliveries /li liHelping to manage subcontractor performance and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards /li liConducting site visits to aid with inspections, meetings, and quality control activities /li liHelping to address any issues or changes that arise during construction, ensuring timely resolutions /li liPreparing and distributing regular project status reports to stakeholders /li liAiding with the project financials,
including invoice approvals and budget tracking /li /ul pContributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practicesb. /b /p h3Experience you'll need /h3 ul liA degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or a related field (or equivalent experience). /li li1-3 years of experience in construction, project management, or a similar role /li liStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams /li liAbility to use project management software such as Procore, MS Project, or similar tools /li liBasic understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety standards /li liAbility to work on-site as needed and attend project meetings /li liStrong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pIn return, you will receive a competitive salary and a generous benefits package, including a pension, paid holiday leave and travel opportunities across our global offices.
