/p h3DESCRIPTION /h3 pAt Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll support our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer as a Data Analyst III.
In this role, you'll transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain scalable analytics solutions, create intuitive visualizations, and deliver critical reporting that enhances business performance.
Using your expertise in data analysis and visualization tools, you'll identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
You'll provide analytics guidance, proactively recommending solutions and improvements based on your findings.
This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to deliver impactful insights that support our company's continued growth and success.
/p h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liAdvanced Degree plus 3 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence,
or related role /li liPreferred Fields of Study: Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related quantitative field /li liRelevant professional certifications (e.g., Power BI, SQL, data analytics) are a plus /li liAdvanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel /li liStrong experience with data visualization, dashboard development, and report automation /li liExperience with ETL processes and data pipeline development /li liKnowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques /li liDemonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights /li liExperience working with large datasets and multiple data sources /li liStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities /li liExcellent verbal and written communication skills /li liAbility to collaborate effectively across functions and levels /li liDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills /li liExperience with Python, R, or other programming languages preferred /li liKnowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and data warehouse concepts preferred /li liUnderstanding of data governance and quality management principles /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team /li liStrong business acumen and customer focus /li liExperience in manufacturing, supply chain, or life sciences industry preferred /li /ul pThermo Fisher Scientific is an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, disability or any other legally protected status.
