/p h3Senior Manager, Italy – Defense Systems Ecosystem Development /h3 h3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking a senior Italian defense leader to establish and scale our in-region defense systems presence as we expand from semiconductor components into complete subsystems and solutions across radar, electronic warfare, communications, satcom, autonomous platforms, and precision sensing technologies.
/p pThis individual will serve as the senior Aerospace Defense representative for Italy and play a critical role in shaping our long-term growth strategy across the region.
/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Italy Strategy Leadership /h3 ulliDevelop and execute the Aerospace Defense growth strategy across Italy /liliAlign regional initiatives with global semiconductor and subsystem roadmaps /liliIdentify priority national defense programs and funding opportunities /liliServe as senior executive representative to Italian customers and government stakeholders /li /ul h3Catalyst Lab Development /h3 ulliLead the establishment of a customer-facing collaboration and support laboratory in Milan,



Italy /liliStand up secure IT and export-controlled infrastructure /liliExecute ADI defense engagement model for ecosystem collaboration /liliOversee catalyst operations, budget, and local execution in a matrixed environment /li /ul pTechnical staff at the site will report into global engineering functions.
This role will oversee site activities, set execution priorities, and drive customer engagement.
/p h3Regional Collaboration /h3 ulliEstablish relationships with ministries of defense, primes, and subsystem integrators /liliIdentify co-funded RD programs and public-private partnerships /liliEnsure compliance with national security and export control requirements /liliScale responsibly while maintaining operational excellence /li /ul h3Ecosystem Government Engagement /h3 ulliBuild trusted relationships with defense ministries and funding bodies /liliPartner with universities, research institutions, and innovation clusters /liliPosition the company as a long?term Italian defense systems partner /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Required /h3 ulliItalian national eligible for required security clearances /lili10+ years of leadership experience in Italy's aerospace or defense industry /liliProven track record of building and scaling organizations or regional operations /liliEstablished network across Italian defense ecosystems /li /ul h3Preferred /h3 ulliStrong technical background in radar, electronic warfare, communications, satcom,



autonomy, or precision sensing /liliExperience operating in classified and export?controlled environments /liliPrior experience standing up RD centers or collaboration labs /liliFamiliarity with Italian defense funding mechanisms and multinational programs /li /ul h3Why Join Us?
