/p /li lipRun provider performance reviews /p /li lipSupport internal and external stakeholders with human sample access queries /p /li lipEnsure Human Sample operations including (fresh) sample reception, storage, tracking, distribution, and destruction /p /li lipSupport the lead of the team for local audits /p /li lipProvide training and documentation as needed for the HSM processes /p /li lipContribute to quality management and process development /p /li /ul h3This role requires: /h3 ul lipPhD in Biology, Life Sciences or related field, or Masters with several years of experience in Biology/Life Sciences in a CRO, Biotech or Pharma organization /p /li lip2-4 years experience in human sample management,



quality and compliance (biosample acquisition and management) /p /li lipProject management skills, including planning and organization /p /li lipKnowledge and experience with human sample compliance and all applicable laws/regulations.
Understanding of clinical sample governance /p /li lipAbility to work cross-functional, multi-disciplinary and across multiple projects simultaneously /p /li lipExperience in implementing workflows for ethical and regulatory compliance /p /li lipAbility to communicate both internally and externally in Italian and English, Ph /p /li lipAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
/p /li lipAbility and experience in working in a matrix environment.
