/p /lilipFollows the communication concept for effective communication with stakeholders.
/p /lilipMonitor shipments, follow up on all deviations, accurate and timely updates for visibility in internal systems, including financial data.
/p /lilipReview and clarify operational instructions if there are conflicts or deviations with regulatory requirements, routing, tracking and tracing, rate information, or other discrepancies.

A IATA DRG certification is an advantage.
