This is a strategic role for an accomplished legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, complex, and client-centric environment, and who can balance strong legal judgment with practical business solutions. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liWorks closely with the business and other stakeholders to provide strategic legal advice using broad expertise or unique knowledge, oversee contract negotiations and manage external counsel /li liKey role in mentoring mid-level counsel and junior team members; aligning legal principles and strategies with corporate objectives; may coordinate contracting activities of other personnel /li liExtensive experience in commercial agreement review and high-stakes negotiations /li liAble to organise and lead commercial agreement reviews /li liAble to lead contract negotiations with external clients /li liEnsuring proactive legal risk management across the organisation /li liApplies company policies and procedures to draft, analyse and redline complex and/or transformational commercial agreements with Concentrix clients by recognising: ul lithe interdependencies between Concentrix and client obligations /li liConcentrix’s ability to comply with such terms /li litheir effect on Concentrix profitability /li /ul /li liIn accordance with company policies and procedures, able to suggest creative ways to resolve a wide range of contractual issues /li liAble to collaborate effectively with senior Legal Department personnel,



Concentrix Sales and Account Managers and other internal stakeholders /li liResponsible for counselling internal business partners regarding contractual terms /li liAbility to prioritise (and support colleagues’ prioritisation) in a fast-paced environment. Ability to quickly refocus and execute short-term priorities in response to the demands of the business /li liFrequently advises others on complex matters /li liPerforms additional legal assignments and projects as may be required /li liWorks independently with limited or no guidance and adapts style and uses persuasion in delivering messages that relate to contractual issues /li liRecognises internal or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues and recommends solutions/best practices or service improvements. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor of Laws (L.LB) or Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent from a recognised university /li liComplete applicable MCLE/CPD requirements in respective jurisdiction to maintain practicing status /li liAt least 10 years of specialised legal experience /li liProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe and basic document sharing management (e.g. Sharepoint) /li liDisplay leadership qualities in strategy and execution. /li liExpert knowledge of national and international law /li liProficient in developing and executing corporate strategy /li liExceptional negotiation and advocacy skills /li liStrong business acumen and decision-making abilities /li liSkilled in navigating complex regulatory environments /li liAdopt technology and embrace integration to enhance legal efficiency /li liStrategic thinker with a focus on innovation and change /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
