ph3About The Role /h3 pAs a CBRE Procurement Manager, you will be part of the team that designs, evaluates, and provides strategy and reports on sourcing, contracting, management, and performance of suppliers and vendors. /p pThis job is part of the Procurement function. You are responsible for supporting the Divisional Procurement strategy to ensure the business needs are met for value for money, quality delivery, and risk management. /p h3Location /h3 pMilan, Lombardia, Italy /p h3What You'll Do /h3 pSupport Business Units to manage existing and new supply chains: /p ul liAssist with the management of the RFP process, solution selection, and negotiations - understand customer, strategy, and objectives, monitor and assist in delivery. /li liDevelop, plan, organize and put in place contracting and procurement strategies and programs based on the team's research and business needs. /li liPresent results of reports along with their relative impacts to the business to Management. /li liPlay key governance roles with internal and external stakeholders. /li liChallenge and advise the business on procurement‑related matters, developing internal stakeholders’ procurement expertise. /li /ul h3Supplier Selection, Negotiation and Management /h3 ul liEnsure suppliers are safe, sustainable and appropriately accredited. /li liDevelop and maintain contracts with local and regional service providers that are recognized for delivering best value, including high quality service delivery to CBRE and its customers. /li liReview and analyze current spend within the division to maintain comprehensive knowledge of the supply base and contract status and identify value‑improvement opportunities by reducing costs or improving service delivery.



/li liPartner with Finance to outline potential value and ROI of proposed initiatives and rack results. /li liCategory and supply chain development: develop and implement category strategies for elected categories, sectors, and localities. /li liIdentify and realize opportunities to optimize the number of suppliers and leverage high‑performing suppliers. /li liCollaborative development of the business: apply in‑depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions. /li liCoach others and share in‑depth knowledge of own job discipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function. /li liLead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement. /li liImpact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. /li liWork within broad guidelines and policies. /li liExplain difficult or sensitive information. /li /ul h3What You'll Need /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering/architecture. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. /li li4‑6 years of relevant experience in Procurement, preferably in facility/construction sector.
