with potential for increased responsibility and career advancement. /li /ul h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liManage MRP planning and reporting for customers under Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) service. /li liCoordinate with 3PL providers responsible for stock handling and warehousing within the VMI framework. /li liOversee customer account operations related to VMI, including communication and back-office activities. /li liHandle customer accounts for top-tier clients in the AG product segment. /li liLead and support Sales Operations Planning (SOP) processes for assigned customers. /li liEnsure timely and accurate execution of back-office tasks and customer communications. /li liPerform interpolative and predictive analysis of customer demand using MRP data. /li liSupport decision-making through data-driven forecasting insights. /li liContribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of logistics and planning reports. /li liEnsure reporting tools and outputs meet operational and strategic needs. /li liInventory Control Support /li liAssist in monitoring and managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. /li liCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain inventory accuracy and efficiency. /li /ul h3Job position requirements /h3 pEducation:
University bachelor degree - Management Engineering /p ul liFluent in English /li liGood Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization (Power Query, Power BI is a plus). /li /ul h3Considered as a plus /h3 ul liKnowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) and supply chain planning processes /li liExperience with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) operations, including stock monitoring and 3PL coordination /li liProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) for planning, inventory, and reporting tasks /li liData analysis and forecasting techniques, including interpolative and predictive modeling /li liUnderstanding of SOP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes and their integration with customer demand /li liInventory control and optimization methodologies, including safety stock, reorder points, and ABC analysis /li liGood communication (verbal and in writing) capabilities /li liGood attitude to team working /li /ul pbCompensation: /bStarting gross annual salary (RAL): starting at € 36.000, Level C3 - CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria - The total compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and professional experience. /p pAllison Transmission is an equal opportunity employer.
