ph3Senior Salesforce Developer - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract /h3pCompany: /ppCompany: Tesco /ppSalary: Competitive with Excellent Benefits Package /ppAs a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. /ppYour expertise will contribute to the success of our organization by enhancing our Salesforce instance, particularly focusing on Service Cloud and custom implementations. /ppYou’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements. /ppYou will be responsible for /ppDevelop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and other technologies. /ppDesign and implement solutions for Service Cloud, including case management, knowledge base, and customer support processes. /ppCollaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements for Salesforce solutions. /ppCreate technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and design documents. /ppTroubleshoot and fix bugs, ensuring the stability and functionality of the application. /ppParticipate in code reviews and mentor junior developers. /ppStay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends. /ppYou will need /ppBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience). /ppSalesforce Certified Platform Developer I or equivalent certification.



/ppSalesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications are desirable. /ppMinimum of 5 years of hands‑on experience developing on the Salesforce platform. /ppProficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and SOQL. /ppExperience with Service Cloud, including case management and knowledge base. /ppExperience with custom integrations using REST/SOAP APIs. /ppStrong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing settings. /ppExcellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently. /ppEffective communication and collaboration skills. /ppWhat’s in it for you /ppWe’re all about the little helps.
