/li /ulh3What you need to succeed /h3ulliMust haveProfessional Experience: 8–10 years of experience in FPA, Controlling, or Finance roles, preferably in a multinational industrial company or consulting firm.
/liliExperience Qualifications: Proven track record in leading planning cycles and financial reporting processes.
/liliSolid understanding of financial modeling, business analytics, and performance management.
/liliSoft Skills: Teamwork oriented, strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and senior stakeholders.
/liliStrategic mindset combined with a hands?on approach and attention to detail.
/liliHigh level of analytical thinking and problem?solving ability.
/liliStrong project management skills and capability to drive cross?functional initiatives.
/liliTechnical Skills: Advanced in Excel and Powerpoint.
/liliExperience with Power BI, VBA?Programming or other BI tools.
/liliFamiliarity with Oracle EPM suite (SmartView, Essbase) is strongly preferred.




/liliKnowledge of Microsoft Access and ThinkCell is a plus.
/liliLanguage: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential, Chinese is a plus.
