/ppbAs part of the HR Department, HRBP Retail Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: /b /pulliAccording to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in store /liliIdentify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee execution of a plan to address using talent management tools and resources /liliFacilitate, execute and/or participate in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as required /liliAccording to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in store /liliTranslate business unit strategy and create short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients.
/liliSupport the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company /liliDefine recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy /liliMonitor "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas)



/liliLead the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores and the HR Department /liliSupervises the respect of the existing policies and coordinates with Area Manager any disciplinary actions required /liliSupport the implementation of business unit specific development strategies.
Drives or coordinates the delivery of existing programs or development of new solutions to close gaps and build bench strength /liliEstablish the training strategy with the LD Manager and assure the cascading above all the Retail /liliDeliver and deploy the Training strategy of the company, leading and coordinating all the Learning and development initiatives /liliEmbody the Sephora values and act as Sephora Ambassador /liliPromote, implement, communicate activities, policies regulations and standards related to occupational, health and safety issues /liliEnsure proper management of labor disputes, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances in collaboration with legal advisors, maintaining compliance with labor laws and company policies.
/liliAct as change agent /li /ulh3Who we are looking for: /h3ulli5+ years in on-field HR roles, preferably in retail /liliFluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
/liliExcellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
