We are a local family-owned and operated company seeking an Operations Manager in Bonita Springs and Central Naples. We specialize in downsizing, senior relocation services, clean outs and online auctions. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to provide a valuable service to those in your community! (including, but not limited to):

- Manage our cleanout, auction and move teams, including developing project plans, staff scheduling, logistics, and supplies management
- Client management through the move, cleanout and auction process
- Provide quality control and training of team members
- Moving supplies/moving boxes within the client's home
- Sort, organize and pack household goods to be moved or sold
- Safely pack and unpack goods
- Delivery to thrift stores and disposal of unwanted items
- And more, no 2 days are alike!
- Start hourly based on experience

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Physically Move home furniture and tangible personal property.
- Physically throw items into dumpsters.
- Pack, and or unpack boxes.
- Communicates positively with clients, peers, and Managers




- Provides exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack/unpack, and stage/resettle client household items
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Outstanding customer service skills

 Professional attitude and demeanor

 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

 Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment

 Ability to follow instructions or direction

 Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Physical/Environmental Requirements

 Frequent walking and/or standing, bending and stooping

 Stamina to lift items (up to 40 lbs) frequently as needed

 Ability to lift heavy items up to 60 lbs(if necessary) from time-to-time
