/ppThe ideal candidate will have experience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing data, building reports and dashboards, providing technical support and assistance to end-users, managing users and security, and troubleshooting technical issues.
The candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a passion for technology.

/liliReview all requests for systems enhancements to ensure the request adheres to the overall BF Business and IT strategic direction before taking action.
/liliDocument business processes, develop and maintain system documentation and training materials.
/liliConfigure and customize Salesforce to meet business needs.
/liliManage overall project schedule and planning, ensure communication with regional central teams, from both business and IT.
/liliManage users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and permission sets.
/liliDevelop and maintain custom objects, fields, formula,s and validation rules.
/liliCreate and manage workflows and automation.
/liliBuild and maintain reports and dashboards to support business needs.
/liliManage data quality with business owners and account migration efforts by performing data extracts, data uploads, and inserts.
/liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams (from business and IT) to ensure project success.
/liliProvide ongoing support to end-users.
/liliStay current with Salesforce updates and best practices.
/li /ulh3What You Bring To The Table /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
/lili3-5 years of related experience with 1-2 years as a Salesforce Administrator or related role.
/liliStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.




/liliExperience in configuring and customizing Salesforce, managing users and security, and developing workflows automation.
/liliSalesforce Administrator certification would be a plus.
/liliUnderstanding of business intelligence tools and concepts such as SAP BW, Tableau, BusinessObjects, or similar.
/liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
/liliExcellent communication skills-both written and verbal and the ability to present complex concepts in understandable terms at all levels in the organisation.
/liliMethodical and rigorous; time management and organisational skills.
/liliAbility to work independently and in a team environment.
/liliEnergetic and proactive attitude for learning.
/liliFluent in English.
