Together, our broad portfolio of brands offers a complete range of products to bring great coffee and vending products to our ~10,000 customers — serving consumers across hotels, restaurants, office buildings, public spaces, and more.We are looking for a Sales Area Manager for Italy and the Balkans.The purpose of this role is to drive business growth in the Italian and/or Balkans market by developing and strengthening relationships with customers and partners across both the Vending and Professional Coffee channels, contributing to the achievement of sales targets and the expansion of Evoca's market presence.Your responsibilities will be:Manage and develop sales activities for both Vending and Professional Coffee product portfoliosIdentify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partnersDevelop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectivesMonitor sales performance (Revenue, Margins, DSO, etc.) and propose corrective actions when neededCollaborate closely with Marketing, Product Management, Aftersales and Sales Back Office teams to ensure outstanding customer support and business developmentPrepare commercial offers, negotiate agreements, and manage sales discussions.Represent Evoca at trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings in Italy and internationallyPrepare and analyse periodic reports on sales performance and business activitiesTo be successful in this role you'll need to have:Degree in Engineering,



Economics or a related fieldProven experience in B2B sales rolesStrong commercial mindset with a proven ability to develop and manage customer relationshipsExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsProactive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independentlyFluent in Italian and EnglishNice to have:Experience in the vending, professional coffee or related industriesKnowledge of French or GermanWhat we offer:Full-time permanent contract with a multinational company that is a leader in its industry.B2 classification under the Italian Metalworkers' Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanici Industria).
