/ph3Role Overview /h3pWe are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join Docebo's Finance team, supporting the Senior Credit Manager in Italy.
In particular, the finance specialist will provide financial, clerical, and data analysis, while managing the entire invoicing process flow using Suite billing and accounting system to ensure efficiency and accuracy in customer accounts and billing.
The ideal candidate will thrive on the blend of autonomy and teamwork while helping build out the best practices for this new role but also be focused on meeting tight deadlines for Docebo statutory accounts and audits.
This is a global role and will manage the AR processes mainly focused on the EMEA region.
/ph3The Day-to-Day /h3ulliPrepare and manage analysis on Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts,



as required.
/liliCheck and release invoices through NetSuite Suite Billing.
/liliManage and resolve revenue issues dealing with the Sales Team.
/liliManage Cash application, GL accounts reconciliation of receivables, including AR aging, bad debt exposure.
/liliSupport the monthly closing and quarterly activities related to Receivables, coordinating with the Local Financial accountant.
/liliSupport the team with Cash Flow activities (Actual/Forecast).
/liliHandle customers' cash receipts application and DSO.
/liliAssist auditors with their requests and questions quarterly, at mid-year, and end of year.
/liliAssist any other areas of the Financial Accounting Department as necessary.
/liliContribute to Treasury functions, record customer and third-party payments, and support the team with Cash Flow activities (Actual/Forecast).
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Accounting.
/liliEnglish as a 2nd language (B2/C1 level).
/liliGood knowledge of Accounting and accounting principles.
/liliStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Package / G-suite.
/liliTeam Working and communication strengths.
/liliStrong analytical skills.
/liliAbility to be proactive and work autonomously.
/liliBonus PointsPrevious experience at least 2-3 years in Receivables/ General Ledger department in a Multinational company, preferably in the software industry.
/liliPrevious Knowledge of Netsuite.
/liliFrench as a 2nd language (B2/C1 level).
/liliKnowledge on new AI software that can support on the day to day activities.
/liliAbility for some international travel as needed.
