/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the commercial delivery of CSA packages from procurement through to final account.
/liliPrepare, review, and negotiate subcontract packages, including scope definition and pricing analysis.
/liliMonitor subcontractor performance against budget and programme.
/liliAssess and process interim valuations, variations, and final accounts.
/liliIdentify, evaluate, and manage change control procedures in line with contract requirements.
/liliPrepare cost reports, forecasts,



and financial updates for senior management.
/liliSupport procurement activities, including tender analysis and subcontractor selection.
/liliEnsure compliance with contractual obligations and risk management procedures.
/liliLiaise with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure accurate cost capture and reporting.
/liliAssist in the preparation and agreement of claims where necessary.
/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or related discipline.
/liliMinimum of 3–5 years' experience in a Quantity Surveyor role on large-scale construction projects.
/liliPrevious experience managing CSA packages on data centre or mission-critical projects is highly desirable.
/liliStrong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles.
/liliProven experience in subcontract procurement, valuations, and variation management.
/liliStrong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
/liliExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
/liliProficient in Microsoft Excel and commercial management software platforms.
