/lili3–5 years of experience in managing projects of medium complexity and value /liliExcellent technical writing skills, client-facing abilities, and communication skills (both internal and external).
/liliStrong team-working attitude, reliability, and operational flexibility.
/liliExcellent written and spoken English, in addition to full fluency in Italian.
/li /ulh3bResponsibilities /b /h3ulliSupport the management of design and construction phases of projects.
/liliCollaborate with various stakeholders, including designers, architects, engineers, contractors, and building management and safety consultants.
/liliLead design coordination in relation to design guidelines and constraints.




/liliMaintain effective communication to ensure all project information is available for successful delivery; liaise with other managers to ensure efficient control.
/liliSupport cost management activities.
/liliDeliver all project outputs accurately and on time.
/liliConduct meetings with contractors, site teams, and clients.
/liliManage procurement activities.
/liliCarry out snagging activities.
/liliManage and coordinate site activities.
