/p pThe position will be assigned at Application Analyst Advanced or Application Analyst Specialist level, depending on the candidate's skills, experience and level of autonomy.
/p pThe person we are looking for will contribute to ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance and evolution of the company's applications, with a primary focus on the Group's SAP ERP and progressive involvement across the entire corporate application ecosystem, in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.
/p pThe resource will be involved both in the operational management of applications and in the Group's evolution and digital transformation projects, collaborating with Business stakeholders and external suppliers for the implementation of new solutions.
/p pThe person will report directly to the Group IT Application Manager, working proactively and with a level of autonomy and responsibility commensurate with their experience and skills.
/p h3Main responsibilities: /h3 h3Application Analyst Advanced /h3 ul liConfiguration, management and maintenance of corporate applications, in compliance with company policies and standards, with a particular focus on the Group's SAP ERP; /li liAnalysis and resolution of issues reported by users and Business functions; /li liCollaboration and interaction with external suppliers and partners; /li liOversight of integrations between the various corporate systems (ERP, BI, CRM, HCM, etc.); /li liPreparation and updating of the technical-functional documentation required for the management and evolution of applications; /li liUser support and training activities on the occasion of new implementations and application releases.
/li /ul pFor the Application Analyst Specialist role, the following additional responsibilities apply: /p h3Application Analyst Specialist /h3 ul liGathering,



analysis and definition of functional requirements and related technical-functional specifications; /li liAutonomous management of evolution projects, with increasing levels of autonomy and responsibility; /li liCoordination of activities carried out by external suppliers and partners; /li liSupport for architectural and functional decisions related to the evolution of the company's application landscape; /li liCoordination of cross-functional project teams.
/li /ul h3Required technical skills: /h3 h3Application Analyst Advanced /h3 ul liExperience participating in SAP ERP projects or activities; /li liKnowledge of the main operational principles of an ERP system and of customizing activities; /li liExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; /li liExcellent written and spoken English.
/li /ul h3Application Analyst Specialist /h3 ul liPrevious experience in similar roles; /li liExperience in SAP ERP ECC projects or activities, with specific expertise in one or more of the following modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PS, HR; /li liProven technical-functional analysis skills and ability to independently manage corrective and evolutionary activities; /li liExperience in managing application projects and coordinating suppliers and/or working groups.
/li /ul h3Optional technical skills: /h3 ul liKnowledge of ABAP; /li liKnowledge of SQL; /li liExperience with one or more of the following types of solutions: ul liData Warehouse, with experience in SAP Datasphere considered a plus; /li liMiddleware / Integration Platform, with experience in SAP BTP and Integration Suite considered a plus; /li liCRM, with experience in HubSpot CRM considered a plus; /li liBusiness Intelligence, with experience in Qlik considered a plus.

/li liThe contract offered for this position is a permanent employment contract and the salary provided for the Advanced role is within a gross annual salary range of EUR 30,000 to EUR 33,000, while for the Specialist role the salary range is EUR 33,500 to EUR 37,200 gross per year; /li liThe employment relationship will be governed by the Italian Metalworking Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL Metalmeccanico); /li liThe entry level and salary will be determined based on the candidate's actual experience and skills.
