/p h3Day to day responsibilities /h3 ul liBuilding client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clients /li liProviding insight and expertise on target industries, market and competitor information /li liManaging valuation and Decision Intelligence, including determining appropriate methodology /li liIdentifying and communicating potential engagements to management /li liSupervising and mentoring staff on analyses, reports, and presentations /li liDrive insight through data analytics /li liGain exposure to transactions buy and sell side, financial planning analysis, Restructuring, strategic decision support and data analytics /li /ul h3Essential Traits /h3 ul liThe ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (ideally in a STEM subject)
or relevant work experience /li liAn accounting or other financial professional qualification /li liDemonstrable experience in this field /liliDemonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships and mentoring and developing staff /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills /li liA passion for learning and evidence of self-directed learning on technical subjects /li liBroad sector experience desirable but Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewables and Financial Services a plus /li liKnowledge of software packages including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint /li liExperience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL Server and Python a plus /li /ul pKroll is committed to equal opportunity and diversity, and recruits people based on merit.
