For the 5-star ADLER Dolomiti in Ortisei, we are currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager (f/m/d).

- As Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be part of the extended management team and support the management in operational matters.

Your Responsibilities

- You will develop the sales strategy for ADLER Dolomiti and ADLER Balance together with the management team and the central marketing department.
- You will define offers for the commercialization of the resorts and establish booking policies in collaboration with the management and the Front Office Manager.
- You will manage and maintain availability, pricing, and content across the various booking systems (own websites, OTAs, portals, ADLER Moments App) and update the resort websites.




- You will oversee and coordinate all correspondence related to Sales & Marketing, as well as sales channels, systems, and their interfaces.
- You will negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with various B2B market partners (tour operators, travel agencies, travel designers, portals, consortia, and collections).
- You will regularly analyze the main sales KPIs and identify optimization measures.
- You will coordinate communication with PR agencies together with the central marketing department, including the creation of press releases and the organization and management of press stays.
- You will support and assist journalists and influencers during their stay at the resort.
- You will participate in trade fairs and specialized events in collaboration with the central marketing department as a representative of the ADLER Spa Resorts & Retreats group.
- You will work proactively, continuously developing new ideas, innovative strategies, and partnerships to promote the resort.
- You will be responsible for in-house marketing and coordinate printed materials together with the central marketing team and internal departments (Spa, F&B;, Reception, Concierge).
- You will coordinate the organization of internal events within the resorts together with the management and oversee their promotion.

Your Talents

- You are an open-minded, friendly, and extroverted person who enjoys building new relationships and proactively approaching people.
- You have a strong instinct for sales within the hospitality industry.
- You already have experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in similar establishments or extensive operational hotel experience in Front Office, Sales, and/or Marketing.
- You have a good command of Italian and English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
- You are ready to take on new challenges and continuously develop yourself further.
- You are a team player who supports and motivates colleagues.
- You are passionate about the hotel industry and identify with the ADLER brand.
