ppDematic is seeking an experienced Senior MU Project Manager to lead the successful execution of individual projects through to final customer acceptance.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering projects on time, to the agreed specifications, and in line with Dematic's quality and performance standards.

Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills /ph3Principal Responsibilities /h3ulliLead projects with full responsibility over budget, schedule, quality and EHS (Environment Health and Safety) /liliLeading interdisciplinary project teams to deliver projects on time and quality within a given cost framework /liliContact person for the customer during the entire project duration /liliContract management including change and claims management /liliScheduling and control /liliControl of costs and cash flow with accurate forecasts of over and underspending.
/liliRisk management and project status reporting /liliCoordinating the specification and procurement of equipment, products and services together with the relevant departments /liliEnsure compliance with project management processes and policies /li /ulh3Knowledge Experience Required /h3ulliUniversity degree (industrial engineer, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation technology, business administration with a specialization in logistics) or a comparable qualification /liliIdeally project experience with strong cost,



time and quality awareness /liliExperience in the logistics sector desirable /liliExperience working in a live environment, effectively coordinating break-in activities /liliGood communication skills, able to work across functional levels and geographical boundaries /liliAbility to work in a team, change and problem-solving skills as well as an analytical approach to work /liliConstructive conflict management, high level of personal responsibility and assertiveness /liliWillingness to travel nationally and internationally (approx.30%) /liliDriving license.
/liliGood written and spoken English and local language.
/liliFluency in other languages is desirable.
