/ph3MECHANICAL ENGINEER /h3pIn your regular day at work you will drive the activities in the technical team and build your network across functions (e.g. laboratory, quality, purchasing, production and customer care).
/ph3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING /h3ulliDevelop cooking products from component level integration to complete system fulfilling the assigned project targets in terms of quality, performance, reliability, cost, timing.
/liliOperate following the Electrolux Integrated Product Development Process.
/liliTrack budgets for Project assigned.
/liliChair Project Reviews as required by the Project Leaders.
/liliDevelop and monitors Project schedules in support of Project goals and targets.
/liliPlan, monitors and approves work performed by Engineering and Prototype Workshop, Approval Laboratory, Reliability Laboratory, Innovation Team and Electronics Team.
/liliPrepare and direct preparation of engineering documentation: Bill of Material, 2D 3D drawings and Technical Specifications.
/liliBeing part of the various GRD teams during the process of product development and demonstrate creative ability through invention or other significant contribution inside the specific project working teams.
/liliDemonstrate Teamwork approach and self-organizing skills.
/liliHave full ownership to contribute for the definition of the technical specification (both mechanical and functional).
/liliBe the interface with Manufacturing, Factory Quality, Process Engineering, Laboratories, Innovation Technologies, Quality in Field, Electronics Electrical Systems Development, Enablers.
/liliEnsure Product maintenance,



Product quality and Product value analysis programs when needed.
/liliProvide full support to company programs, policies and objectives.
/li /ulh3WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE /h3ulliUniversity Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or technical qualifications) with 2+ years of experience in Product Development.
/liliAdvanced skills in 3D CAD, Catia V5 /Inventor software with metal sheet design experience.
/liliGeneral knowledge of manufacturing and assembly methodology with stainless steel metal parts.
/liliGeneral MS Office proficiency required.
/liliExperience in Professional Products sectors for cooking is a plus.
