/ph3COMMODITY MANAGER ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS /h3pThe Commodity Manager is responsible for defining and developing the procurement strategy for a group of commodities.
In this role, you will be accountable for managing the commercial relationships with suppliers and collaborating with internal stakeholders, with the objective of minimizing the total cost of ownership and maximizing the quality and the reliability of the supply chain.
/ph3WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING /h3ulliDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for Tier 2 electronic components based on market dynamics and technology trends /liliBuild strong relationships with component manufacturers and distributors to secure supply continuity and access to innovation /liliNegotiate agreements balancing cost, quality, and long-term availability /liliMonitor electronic component market trends (e.g., lead times, allocation risks, obsolescence) and proactively adapt sourcing strategies /liliCollaborate with RD and engineering to influence component selection and design choices /liliManage lifecycle risks, including obsolescence and end-of-life strategies /liliDrive supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability metrics /liliWork cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and Finance teams /liliDeliver on key KPIs (cost savings, NOWC, PPM, supplier consolidation, contract coverage) /liliAct as the interface with internal electronics manufacturing site to align sourcing with production needs /li /ulh3WHAT'S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE /h3ulliMaster's degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering,



in addition Business Administration is a plus.
/liliMinimum 3 years of experience procurement and purchasing within a global organization, mainly in Electrical/Electronic Commodities /liliExperiences in adjacent disciplines such as Electronic Engineering/Design, Supply Chain, RD are also welcomed.
/liliProficiency in Microsoft office.
