Job Description

As Legal Counsel, you will serve as a generalist managing high-stakes cross-border contracts, product launches, and regulatory compliance for a global portfolio. You will partner with product teams to navigate AI governance and intellectual property while building scalable legal systems. This is a high-impact role in a demanding, results-oriented organization.

What You Will Do

- Draft and negotiate complex cross-border commercial contracts, including SaaS, licensing, and technology agreements with vendors and customers worldwide.
- Support global product launches by managing legal terms, policies, and regulatory compliance while leveraging AI tools to scale your professional impact.
- Advise cross-functional teams on diverse legal matters including intellectual property, consumer protection, AI governance, and international labor regulations.

The ideal candidate

- Holds a law degree and has significant experience practicing at a top-tier law firm (such as Magic Circle) or as sophisticated in-house counsel.
- Possesses exceptional first-principles reasoning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex disputes and coordinate with external legal advisors.
- Demonstrates intense drive and ambition, maintaining a high bar for quality while thriving in a fast-paced, high-performance company culture.
