Analyst - Delivery Speed, Same Day, E2E Planning & CX metrics

In this role, you will help define Europe-wide delivery speed strategies for Same Day logistics, partnering with hub, software, finance, and retail teams. You’ll balance analytics with stakeholder management to accelerate delivery performance and scale pilots into scalable programs. You’ll work on complex optimization problems that impact customer experience across Europe and influence the roadmap with data-driven insights. This position offers high impact by turning analytics into concrete delivery improvements and cross-functional initiatives. - Share insights with partner teams to influence delivery speed roadmap
- Launch pilots quickly and build scalable business cases
- Collaborate with software, research, and other teams to innovate
- Lead regular business reviews and report progress to senior leadership
- Identify bottlenecks and remove obstacles
- Consolidate progress into concise, data-driven status updates
- Bachelor in Engineering
- Experience in analytical tasks or projects with data
- Experience driving cross-team collaboration
- Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including leadership
