- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in sales, application engineering, or technical support within valves, actuators, or related industrial solutions
- Understanding of Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power, or Water industries
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to explain technical concepts
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a structured, timely manner
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving approach
