As a CAD Concept Engineer, you will be responsible for developing innovative vehicle concepts and transforming technical requirements into robust CAD solutions. Working closely with design, packaging, simulation, manufacturing, and project teams, you will support the early phases of vehicle development, ensuring feasibility, performance, and manufacturability

Your Growth Opportunities:

- Develop 3D CAD concepts for vehicle systems, components, and assemblies.
- Create layout studies, packaging proposals, and concept architectures for passenger cars and commercial vehicles.
- Collaborate with Vehicle Engineering, Design, CAE, Manufacturing, and Testing teams to optimize technical solutions.
- Perform feasibility studies considering functional, manufacturing, cost, and regulatory requirements.
- Produce high-quality CAD models, assemblies, and technical documentation.
- Support design reviews and participate in customer technical meetings.
- Ensure compliance with OEM standards, internal engineering guidelines, and quality requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of CAD methodologies and engineering processes

Your skills that will help us to get ahead:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related discipline.




- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD concept design within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong experience with 3D CAD software such as CATIA V5/V6, Siemens NX or equivalent.
- Good understanding of vehicle packaging, mechanical design principles, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of automotive product development processes.
- Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international engineering teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken. German knowledge is considered an advantage

Total compensation:

- Contract type: (Permanent / Fixed-term contract)
- Level: CCNL Commercio
- Gross annual salary (RAL): €(35.000) – €(45.000) (determined on the basis of objective, neutral, and verifiable criteria)
- Benefits: meal vouchers €6.50, corporate agreements/discounts
- Lavoro da remoto: individual remote working agreements
- Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) with flexibility
