What if your attention to detail and critical thinking could directly improve the AI tools that millions of people rely on every day? We're looking for AI Training Specialists to complete structured evaluation and labeling tasks that teach AI systems to be smarter, safer, and more accurate.

- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

What You'll Do

- Complete structured labeling, rating, and evaluation tasks that train AI models
- Review and assess AI-generated content across text, image, and audio formats
- Follow detailed guidelines and rubrics to ensure consistent, high-quality outputs
- Flag issues such as inaccuracies, poor quality, or guideline violations
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule

Who You Are





- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow precise instructions
- Self-motivated and reliable — you can manage your own workload without micromanagement
- Comfortable working with web-based tools and platforms
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Curious, conscientious, and committed to quality
- No prior AI or technical experience required

Nice to Have

- Experience in content review, editing, research, or quality assurance
- Familiarity with AI tools or evaluation workflows
- Background in a specialized field such as science, law, medicine, or education
