Join us as a Site Services Supervisor and you’ll be a key part of the Greggs team responsible for making sure that our products are made in the safest, most hygienic environment. As a supervisor, you’ll lead your team to ensure that the site and equipment are kept clean, meaning our loyal customers receive the highest quality of products. You’ll oversee the general hygiene operation at site as well as specialist cleaning operations including; You’ll provide management and guidance to ensure your team have a broad understanding of all safety, health, hygiene and quality procedures and legislation.

You’ll create an environment of continuous improvement to make sure we remain competitive. Working in a food production environment means that sometimes you’ll be exposed to flour and dust. We’ll provide you with all the training and support you’ll need to see your career rise.

Experience in managing, developing and motivating teams To be able to demonstrate a good knowledge and understanding of chemical usage in hygiene operations Knowledge and understanding of food hygiene (ideally, you’ll hold a Food Hygiene level 2 qualification) Be supportive of an inclusive culture - recognising and valuing that difference is good What makes us so special is our culture – how we behave and support each other.
