- 8256 EUR/mo### Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SD/MM Consultant to join our Operations team.

The successful candidate will play a central role in supporting, optimizing, and enhancing SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

This role requires deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA, proven experience integrating SAP with satellite systems, and strong stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.Key responsibilities

Provide senior-level support and consultancy for SAP SD and MM modules.

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.

Support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.

Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, and IT to improve processes and outcomes.

Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities in SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Manage and maintain integrations between SAP and third-party/satellite systems to ensure reliable data flow and process efficiency.

Drive incident resolution, conduct root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Support project delivery, system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation programs.

Produce and maintain functional documentation, process maps,



and end-user training materials.

Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders, promoting SAP best practices.Required skills & experience

Senior-level experience as an SAP SD/MM Consultant with a proven track record.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

In-depth knowledge of SAP SD and MM functional capabilities and configuration.

Demonstrated experience with SAP integrations and working with satellite systems.

Experience in the FMCG or similar high-volume, fast-paced industries.

Fluency in Country (mandatory).

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience in operational support and business-facing environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and middleware solutions.

Solid understanding of Supply Chain and Logistics processes.

Experience in global or multi-country SAP deployments and support.

SAP S/4HANA certification is advantageous.Personal attributes
