Lead daily import operations to meet service level targets and ensure smooth execution.
Manage team performance, workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational KPIs.




Serve as the primary escalation point for customers and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (Operational Care, Customer Care, Revenue Care, Customs, Transportation) for timely shipment execution.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, carriers, gateways, and external service providers.
Drive efficiency and cost optimization through process improvements, automation, consolidation, and route planning.
Ensure compliance with policies, international trade regulations, customs, quality standards, and HSE guidelines. xysqume
Partner with senior management to develop and execute department strategies and proactively address risks and service deviations.
1-3 years of experience in air logistics
Strong leadership and communication skills; adaptable and performance-driven
Solid knowledge of freight forwarding, air logistics operations, and import regulations
