About the Role

As an Operations Support Technician, you will be responsible for the ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of hardware across the facility. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment uptime, addressing issues promptly, and supporting operational teams to meet performance and service targets. Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance on hardware and related equipment.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware faults in a timely and methodical manner.
- Log, track, and update maintenance activities and incidents using internal systems and documentation standards.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to schedule maintenance and minimise downtime.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and replacement of hardware components as required.
- Escalate complex issues to senior technicians or external vendors and support them with accurate technical information.
