WHAT YOU WILL FIND

- Next-generation mobile networks. You will contribute to the design and evolution of 4G and 5G mobile networks, working on RAN architectures, Core Networks, and MVNO infrastructures that enable innovative and high-performance connectivity services.
- Mobile infrastructure design and transformation. You will be involved throughout the entire network solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, validation, and optimization of Telco infrastructures and services.

WHAT WE OFFER

- An offer tailored to your experience. Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B1 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 31.000€ to 65.000€. Previous experience in developing AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic Workflows, GraphRAG and LLM Reasoning as well as in designing enterprise solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED

- Academic Background.



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
- Expertise in Mobile Networks. Experience or strong interest in mobile telecommunication, with knowledge of GSM, UMTS, LTE and 5G technologies, RAN and Core Network architectures and the core components of mobile network infrastructures and MVNO ecosystems.
- Network Monitoring & Troubleshooting. Ability to monitor and assess network performance through OSS/BSS systems, Element Manager and Telco monitoring and management platforms, contributing to technical issue resolution, service optimization.
- Network Design and Integration. Experience or strong interest in the design, validation, and optimization of mobile network infrastructures, including performance KPI analysis, testing, troubleshooting, and interoperability validation across multiple network domains and elements.
- Collaboration & Communication. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
