WHAT YOU WILL FIND

- Next-Generation Network Architectures. You will design and contribute to the evolution of complex enterprise and telecommunications network infrastructures, working with scalable architectures based on TCP/IP, routing & switching, and advanced protocols such as BGP, MPLS, L2/L3 VPN, IS-IS, QoS, and multicast, with a constant focus on reliability and performance.
- Network Design and Infrastructure Transformation. You will be involved throughout the entire network solution lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design to implementation, validation, and optimization of complex infrastructures in enterprise and telecommunications environments.
- Network Automation and Modernization. You will contribute to the evolution of network infrastructures through automation and Python scripting, cloud-native integration, and the use of technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Git to enable more efficient delivery and operations processes.

WHAT WE OFFER

- An offer tailored to your experience. Your compensation package will be defined based on the role identified, your professional experience, technical expertise, the level of responsibility associated with the position, and the organizational context in which you will join. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement. The position is expected to start from the B1 level, with a gross annual salary (RAL) ranging from 31.000€ to 65.000€. Previous experience in developing AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic Workflows, GraphRAG and LLM Reasoning as well as in designing enterprise solutions based on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Agentic AI architectures will be considered a strong asset.

WHAT WE NEED

- Academic Background. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Automation Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related field.
- Network & Infrastructure Expertise. Experience or strong interest in developing and managing enterprise and telecommunications network infrastructures, with knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing & switching, and advanced protocols such as BGP, MPLS, VPN, IS-IS, QoS, and multicast.
- Infrastructure Automation. Experience in infrastructure management and automation using Python, Git, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native environments, with a strong focus on system reliability and scalability.
- Network Architecture & Troubleshooting. Ability to analyze, design, and manage complex infrastructures, including troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization of enterprise and telecommunications networks.
- Collaboration & Communication. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to multidisciplinary teams.
