We are seeking a Junior Assembly Operations Engineer to join our team in Forlì.

MISSION

Responsible for the design, commissioning, and optimization of production
plants, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. Implements continuous
improvements in manufacturing processes, supports the launch of new products,
and coordinates Kaizen initiatives to enhance safety and ergonomics.
Additionally, troubleshoots technical issues and supports the improvement of
assembly line performance.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

Design, procurement,



and commissioning of new production equipment:

* Study and analysis of production requirements and definition of technical and
economic objectives. Development of preliminary layouts, identification of
the most suitable technologies, and evaluation of compatibility with existing
processes through cost–agevolazioni analysis.
* Preparation of technical specifications for the request for quotation (RFQ).
Analysis and comparison of proposals received based on quality, cost, and
reliability criteria.
* Responsible for monitoring the project in all its phases at the supplier’s
site to ensure compliance with the required technical and functional
specifications and on-time delivery.
* Performs functional tests and factory acceptance testing (FAT) at the
supplier before proceeding with on-site installation at the plant. Supervises
