For the IMA BFB Division, we are looking for a Purchasing and Contract
Management Specialist.
IMA BFB designs and manufactures end-of-line secondary packaging machines and
complete packaging lines for the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and food industries.

Location: Bentivoglio, Italy

THE ROLE

* Manage the entire procurement process supporting production activities, with




a particular focus on creating Purchase Requisitions (PRs), issuing and
monitoring Purchase Orders (POs), verifying order confirmations, and
maintaining ongoing communication with external suppliers.
* Handle the administrative and operational management of contracts and related
purchase orders.
* Periodically review the hours reported by internal departments (Engineering,
Assembly, etc.) and ensure the correct allocation of associated costs.
* Collaborate with various departments (Controlling, Engineering, Assembly,
Sales, etc.) to monitor orders, perform data analysis, and support monthly
production order closing activities, ensuring the proper progress of all
related tasks.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

* At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a
manufacturing environment.
* Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for
data analysis, monitoring, and management activ
