As a Language Coordinator , you will promote our Global EF Language Abroad programs to potential students with the support of your local Italian Team. You will engage with students personally, via email, and over the phone, guiding them through their journey with us until they return from their trip.
Drive Sales: Use our internal database to sustain a successful long-term sales strategy Maintain a high-volume of outbound tele-sales calls daily to potential students Represent EF at fairs and universities to meet prospective students throughout the year Build strong relationships with our global and diverse internal sales and campus staff to provide students with the best EF experience Working fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) Full fluency in Italian (reading, writing, speaking) Someone who is detail-oriented with a ‘can-do’ attitude Experience living, working, or studying abroad is a plus! All additional languages are a plus! Please note that this role is fully on-site.
