*We're looking for a Plant Quality Manager to lead the Quality function at our Casale Monferrato manufacturing plant, a site of approximately 500 employees that produces plug-in refrigerated cabinets, commercial refrigeration solutions, and vending equipment for leading Food & Beverage brands and major retailers worldwide.*

Your Impact

As Plant Quality Manager, you will be the voice of the customer within the factory and the reference point for all quality-related activities across the site.

You will:




- Lead and develop a team of 10 quality professionals covering incoming goods inspection, production quality, laboratory testing, and customer claims management
- Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System, ISO standards, and certification requirements
- Drive improvements in quality KPIs, customer satisfaction, and supplier performance
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, and CAPA
- Manage customer complaints and collaborate closely with customers, suppliers, and HQ
- Plan and lead internal and external audits
- Define quality standards, controls, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage the quality budget and monitor quality-related costs
- Support process optimization, operational excellence, and manufacturing innovation initiatives

What We're Looking For
- At least 7 years of experience in a Quality Management leadership role within a manufacturing environment
