Join the Hotel Department of a prestigious passenger cruise line sailing under the Italian flag

As a
Travelling Hotel Asset
, you will monitor the condition and quality standards of guest and crew areas across the fleet, overseeing refurbishment projects, dry docks and new developments.

Your Role:
- Supervise dry dock and refitting projects for both guest and crew areas;
- Monitor the maintenance status and quality standards of hotel spaces across the fleet;
- Coordinate with onboard Hotel, Deck and Engine departments to ensure successful project execution;
- Support the planning and execution of refurbishment, maintenance and renovation activities;
- Conduct onboard inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with company standards;
- Liaise with ship management, contractors and shore-based teams throughout all project phases.

Requirements:
- European Union citizenship;
- Degree in Naval Engineering, Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture or a related field;
- Previous experience in dry dock supervision, ship refitting,



newbuilding or technical project management;
- Fluent English (C1 level) and good command of Italian (B2 level or above) are considered strong advantages;
- Availability to embark as soon as the required maritime certifications are obtained;
- Willingness to travel continuously between vessels worldwide throughout the contract period.

Contract & Benefits:
- Initial handover and training period at the company's headquarters;
- Rotational contract: 5 months onboard (±1 month) followed by 2 months leave;
- Assignment across different ships of the fleet, with transfers approximately every 2–3 weeks;
- Gross monthly salary of €6,294 + performance premio up to €2,025 gross per month (100% target achievement);
- Opportunity to work on large-scale refurbishment and hotel asset management projects within an international cruise fleet.
