We are looking for ambitious, driven and commercially minded Junior FX Brokers to join our growing team in Milan.

Please note this position is to relocate to Milan. Flights and accommodation provided.

This is a sales-focused role suited to candidates who enjoy speaking to people, building relationships and working towards targets. You will be responsible for contacting businesses across international markets, introducing our foreign exchange services and identifying companies that could vantaggi from more efficient FX solutions.

You don't need previous FX experience — we're looking for people with the right attitude, resilience and sales ability. Full training on the FX market, our products and sales process will be provided.

What You'll Be Doing

- Making a high volume of outbound calls to business owners, finance directors and other key decision-makers.
- Introducing our FX and international payments services to prospective clients.
- Identifying businesses with international currency exposure and understanding their requirements.
- Building rapport and developing relationships with potential clients over the phone.
- Qualifying leads and progressing opportunities through the sales pipeline.
- Working closely with senior brokers and account managers to convert opportunities into new business.
- Following up with prospects by phone and email.
- Maintaining accurate records of conversations, leads and opportunities within the CRM.
- Consistently working towards and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Developing your knowledge of foreign exchange markets, currency risk and international payments.





Who We're Looking For We're particularly interested in candidates with experience in:

- Telesales
- B2B sales
- Cold calling
- Business development
- Lead generation
- Recruitment sales
- Insurance or financial services sales
- Telecoms or other high-volume sales environments

However, previous FX experience isn't essential.

The ideal candidate will be:

- Confident and persuasive on the phone.
- Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with senior business decision-makers.
- Highly motivated by targets, commission and career progression.
- Resilient and able to handle rejection without losing momentum.
- Commercially minded and naturally curious about how businesses operate.
- Competitive, energetic and hungry to succeed.
- A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Organised and capable of managing a busy pipeline.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages would be a strong advantage.
- Willing and excited to relocate to Milan.
