Deep understanding of Gen AI, including productivity tools, emerging capabilities, and agent building. Business acumen – understand Italian companies' processes, decision dynamics, and transformation potential. Strong credibility: able to earn CEO trust, be a strategic AI guide. Excellent sales and negotiation skills, result oriented, tracked by quarterly targets. Project management skills – leading teams, managing deadlines, coordinating resources to create real impact.
