This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and are fluent in Italian. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our Italian-speaking customers, addressing their needs and inquiries with expertise and care.

Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone inquiries.
- Assist customers with questions about product information, order status, returns, and payment processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stay informed about the latest product updates, promotions, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and service delivery.




- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.

Requirements

- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer support or e-commerce roles is highly desirable.
- Strong interest in e-commerce and knowledge of online shopping trends.
- Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
